DELIVERY
We work with vetted shipping & delivery partners to ship across the country, or deliver locally with white-glove service. We also work with receiving warehouses for larger purchases.

We’re here to make that process easier. Trade members can reach out for scale notes, condition questions, additional photos, hold requests, shipping estimates, and project-specific support before purchasing.

+ FOR CHICAGO DESIGNERSLocal trade members are welcome to visit the Showroom and Warehouse by trade appointment. The showroom is styled like a lived-in apartment so you can see scale, material, and pairings in context, while the warehouse offers a wider look at fresh arrivals and additional inventory.

Approved trade members receive 10% off eligible purchases, with no minimum order required.

Yes. We can process tax-exempt purchases with the proper resale or exemption paperwork on file.

Email us the pieces you would like to purchase before checking out. We’ll confirm availability, apply your trade discount, tax exemption, prepare an invoice, and coordinate any shipping or pickup details.
We also have a trade discount code if you’d rather checkout on our website. After you apply, we share the code with you. Please note, we cannot apply tax exemption when checking out through the website.

Trade members may request a 48-hour hold on available pieces. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind, holds are confirmed individually and are not guaranteed until we reply. Please email us at hello@miscellaneaetc.com to place an item on hold.

Yes. We can help coordinate national furniture shipping after purchase. You can preview estimates on product pages, and we’ll confirm final shipping details before arranging delivery.

For repeat or multi-piece orders, we can often help coordinate consolidated shipments. This works especially well for designers sourcing several pieces over the course of a month.
